Graham Rolfe ( Managing Director)
As a hotelier by trade, Graham Rolfe’s move to WRS Switchgear to manage the MacAdams range of catering equipment for Zimbabwe, is a perfect fit.
Graham’s career started at the prestigious Meikles Hotel more than 20 years ago as a trainee. He focused his career in the food and beverage department, finishing at Meikles in the banqueting department, where 13 banqueting rooms provided invaluable experience and the understanding of what is expected in the fast life of food service.
Graham’s career has taken him through restaurants (Makuwa-Kuwa, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge), coffee shop franchises (Costa Coffee, Edinburgh), weddings venues (Drew Norloch Royal Botanical Gardens, Edinburgh), golf club (Borrowdale Brooke golf course, Harare) to Bush Camps/Lodges (Wilderness Safaris, African Bush Camps) giving him broad experience across the hospitality sector and a good idea of the equipment required to facilitate your business.

Dylan Cook ( Sales Director)
Dylan Cook, a hotelier by profession, with over a decade of experience in various areas of the hotel and catering industry, understands the importance of timely service deliver throughout the hospitality industry. He will be instrumental in overseeing the Sales and Marketing at WRS Switch Gear.
Prior joining the WRS Switch Gear team, Dylan served at Wilderness Safaris, managing the luxurious Ruckomechi Camp. Zimbabwean born and raised, studied Hotel Management through the International Hotel School and completed his practical training at the iconic Meikles Hotel in Harare, Zimbabwe before moving across to ‘The Grand Old Lady’ – The Victoria Falls Hotel where he specialized in Food and Beverage.
Having worked in high end establishments, Dylan has a thorough understanding of the necessity for high quality service and an eye for detail. During Dylan’s time at Ruckomechi, in Mana Pools, he became aware of the need for reliability of products/ equipment and in the event there is downtime with equipment, the need for suppliers to be quick on their feet to ensure the problem is rectified in a timely manner with as little impact on the clients operation of the business as possible. Whilst working in the budget tourism sector, Dylan expanded his knowledge and appreciation on the need for cost effective, durable equipment.
